Service Expectations
Unless otherwise noted in the orange ALERT box above, customers can expect the following.
Monday - Thursday
Acknowledgement of voice and email messages sent the next business day. Approved listing status acknowledgement sent within 24 hours of submission. Saturday & Sunday.
Listings and other communications submitted on Saturday will be acknowledged by the end of the day Tuesday. Listings submitted on Sunday will be reviewed by the end of the day Wednesday.
